How to maximize your experience with ‘11 minutes can change your life’ – Guided Meditation by Mahatria?

  1. Identify your space: While you get ready for the journey within, get the outside also right. A dedicated space to experience silence goes a long way in making our experience deeper. So, choose an appropriate and comfortable disturbance-free zone that you can afford to use on a daily basis. ‘A place for everything and everything in its place; A time for everything and everything in its time.’ says  Mahatria. This applies to Guided Meditation as well! Choose a place and time in your day to practice guided meditation and practice it in that place and time daily. This will aid in preparing you to focus quickly.
  2. Once we are bodily ready, let us focus on getting our mind ready. A quiet environment with a headphone is recommended to ensure there is no distraction and that will enhance the experience.
