In the entirety of the universe, there is nobody like you. You're the only one of your kind. You're uniquely different. There's no one like you.

This is the voice of “Mahatria“. Welcome to discover a new you. Wishing you most and more.

While driving on the road it is the lessons that I can learn from the road. For example, I really cherished the L board sign that is given to us when we apply for driving license, learner’s license and it’s taken away from you one month later, because they consider you as a learned person right now.

But I firmly believe that L board from life should never be removed. The day you stop learning, you have stopped growing. Somehow L board when it comes to life should be a permanent reality. I have this firm belief that when you go to learn your driving, the first thing the driving school teaches you is A, B, C – accelerator, brake and clutch. It starts with ABC.

There was a Brazilian coach, every time Brazil loses a football match, the next day morning in coaching he’ll hold a football in his hand and tell the entire team,  this is called football. Now it was his belief that if you have lost a match, it’s not because you failed in some advanced skill, somewhere on the fundamentals of team support, you have missed out on the whole thing.

So, he used to always believe correct people on the fundamentals, the advanced things will take care of itself, so always he’ll start the next day morning coaching by saying this is football.

really believe when they teach us A, B, C they’re telling us, no matter how much you grow in life, if you lose out on the fundamentals of management, fundamentals of team building, fundamentals of leadership, fundamentals of language, fundamentals of health and fitness, you lose big time in life. I really love the number that is given to every car, every vehicle.

In the entire world there is no other vehicle that holds the same number. Which means, there can be billions of vehicles all over the world of all forms and yet your car, your scooter, your bike has a number which is the only one of its kind.

And I think it tells me so are you. In the entirety of the universe, there is nobody like you. You’re the only one of your kind. You’re uniquely different. There’s no one like you. When I drive, there are a lot of people who overtake me and go, not only on the road, in life also it happens.

But somehow I smile and tell myself, just because he’s driving faster than me and he will reach the destination before me doesn’t mean I will not reach. He will reach earlier than me, I will reach a little later but I will also reach.

The question is not will I reach? The question is only, by when will I reach? Sooner or later? I love that road sign stop, look, proceed.

Somewhere in the process of entire growth and development that we go through in life, every now and then you find occasionally the rhythm of life gets disturbed and whenever the rhythm of life is getting disturbed, the best thing that you can do with human awareness is stop.

Look, somewhere something is going wrong. Somewhere something is getting distorted, stop, look, make the corrections and then proceed. Which means, in building an organization, in building a team, there is a growth phase and there is a consolidation phase.

Every now and then we have to keep growing, every now and then we have to keep consolidating.
