We need a lot of good people to come together to work complementing each other and not competing to create a better world

Question:  What is the most important quality required to stick to the vision that I have decided, first part of the question.  Second, can I start at 36 and still change the world?  Three, I want to make the world a better place.

Answer:  Gagan, I will start from the third question, second question and come to the first.

Third, I want to make the world a better place. Beautiful Gagan we need a lot of good people to come together, a lot of good people to work, complementing each other and not competing with each other in creating this better world and the best way you can create a better world is to start with you, live as like I said in the beginning as one of those heroes who will never fall till you physically fall and from there let everything begin.

Let Gagan not be identified as somebody who knows to speak but let Gagan be identified as somebody who walks his talk.  Two, can I start at 36 and still change the world, Prophet heard the call of Allah at 40, Abraham Lincoln tasted his first major success in life at 52 when he became the President, Colonel Sanders established Kentucky fried chicken at 65, Christ began at 30, Vivekananda into his 30s, and all of them could still create a significant impact on the world.

Till 32 George Bernard Shaw was scared to speak and yet when he died he died as the greatest orator the world had ever seen, it’s never too late to begin in life, don’t look at how many years are behind you that is 36, none of us know how many years are ahead of you that will remain is secret so trust there is greater life available ahead of you than the life that is behind you and begin.

How do I hold on to a vision, I think already answered when I answered earlier…you need to have a passionate why, a why that cannot be disturbed by anyone or anything in life, no matter what all happened, no matter what happened, Gandhi knew why he believed in Ahimsa and that could not be shaken even when the other partners of Infosys believed Infosys must be sold and they should seek employment, the passionate why which Narayanamoorthy was not willing to negotiate upon helped him to hold on to that vision and take Infosys as the first Indian company to NASTAG so the only thing that’s going to enable you to hold on to your vision is nothing, nobody should ever have the power to shake your passionate why.
