Who should listen to this audio?

Usually do you avoid speaking in a gathering? Mostly people avoid speaking in a group, not because they do not have relevant content but because they are uncomfortable facing people. But without speaking, one cannot empower others. This audio will help you to face what you fear and make your voice count. When you face your fear, you gain control over it, and when you gain control over it, you vanquish the fear.
When you face your fear, you gain control over it, and when you gain control over it, you vanquish the fear.

Just if you can handle this one fallacy that is there in the thought process, people say because I fear public I don’t speak in public.  If you can remove this fallacy and understand it does not because you fear public you don’t face public. It’s because you are not facing public, you develop fear of facing public.

“What you avoid controls you, and what controls you causes fear in you.”  What do you face you gain control over it and when you gain control over it, you vanquish fear.

So, the solution not just to the courage to speak up.  It can be in public, it can be to your chairman, it can be to your close relative, it can be dealing with heights, it can be driving.

The number of woman I know who went for the driving classes have a valid driving license but will never drive, for fear of facing the traffic and the only reason is they’re saying, no because I have not driven enough, because I fear I don’t want to take the car to the road.

No, take the car to the road. Two things will happen.  One you will transcend your own fear.  Two, you will teach the world how to deal with fear, when you drive initially. And it does make a difference.

“What you avoid controls you and what controls your causes fear in you.”  What do you face you gain control over it and in gaining control over it, you vanquish it.

Courage is not the absence of fear, courage is the ability to go ahead in spite of fear.  Face the very thing you fear and fear will go away, face it.  In fact, the shortest prescription I can give to overcome fear is, face it.
