How to manage daily stress

and daily impediments

that we go through, Mahatria?

You’re the greatest of all the creation of God.

What creates your daily stress?

Expecting a moment to be other than

what it is.

Expecting people to behave other than

how they are behaving…

Every time I project my opinion and my judgment

to a moment and feel

it should be other than how it is,

the residual effect is stress.

I know it’s cool

these days to use the word stress, stress…

everybody wants to use the word.

There’s nothing cool about it.

First, I want you to feel uncomfortable

about living a stressful life.

Or I’ll put it this way.

I want to stress the importance of

living a stress-free life

and I want you to be stressed

about your stress in life.

It doesn’t speak something great about you.

It’s a very immature way to approach life.

Especially because the question is ‘daily’.

See… occasional stress all of us will face.

Occasionally I will always encounter a situation

which I was not prepared for and

it can jerk me.

But if standing in a queue because

I live in a crowded city,

highly populated city is going to create stress in me

and every day you have to stand in a queue.

If during peak hours,

the traffic is going bumper to bumper and

hence it’s moving slow and

it’s creating stress for you.

This is something I have to deal with

every day of my life.

Any one of you is in public eyes,

you will be judged.

Irrespective of the intention with which

I’m creating this video,

some of you will get transformed,

some of you will get inspired…

and there will be a lot of cynical comments about it,

and I cannot do anything about it.

This is something I have…

the moment I’ve decided to put myself in public eyes,

I’ve set myself of for judgment by the world!

I must be prepared…

how can it create stress?

How can what I face on a day-to-day basis

create stress?

If I’m there in business at any given time,

I have to handle my list of outstanding payment

that has to be collected.

It’s part of job.

Every 10 people I create,

three are going to remain loyal to me and

seven of them are going to learn and

go to another organization, sell themselves.

But it’s part of creating an organization.

These are things that I deal with on a daily basis.

If I live in a place which is rain-prone,

I have to deal with the rain.

If I live in a place

where all four seasons exist,

there are going to be months every year

which is going to snow, it’s going to be cold.

There are places which is going to be hot

because summer is going to be hot.

And these are things that you face day after day,

month after month, year after year all through your life.

And what has a repetitive pattern should not create stress in you.

It simply means immature living.

Observe your patterns. Raise above these patterns.

Learn to smile.

I’m repeating…

You, projecting your opinion and

your judgment

to a moment of life and saying that

it should be other than how it is,

is the reason for all the stress in life.

The ability to flow with what is…

there is only peace in life.

‘What is’ is; ‘What is not’ is not…

and with that maturity

when you flow with life

the resultant effect will never be stress

but will always be peace.
